11Exes Proof That Leo Has ONE Type

Leonardo DiCaprio has been a red carpet staple in Hollywood for years. He got his start as a talented young actor in films like The Basketball Diaries and What's Eating Gilbert Grape, catapulted to stardom in the blockbuster hit Titanic, and has been working steadily ever since in a wide variety of roles, including Jay Gatsby himself in Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby and Jordan Belfort in The Wolf of Wall Street. And, through it all, he's almost always had a beautiful woman by his side. I mean, look at him - he's not exactly hard on the eyes, and he's a talented actor. It's hardly surprising. What is surprising, however, is how often his romantic partners end up filling a specific 'type.'

Now, we get it - in Hollywood, it's basically commonplace for older actors to date young starlets anywhere from ten years their junior to even half their age. There are exceptions, of course, but in any Hollywood relationship the man is very often the older one. That definitely holds true for DiCaprio - while he started out dating women his own age, he's kept dating 20-somethings despite being in his thirties and now forties.

Let's face it - Leo's dating roster can pretty much be summed up in three words: beautiful, blonde, model (or actress so gorgeous she could be a model). He recently split with his latest partner, and we're betting that the next woman on his arm is a young blonde model. Hey, the heart wants what it wants, right?

11 Kelly Rohrbach

The latest in Leo's dating history is swimwear model Kelly Rohrbach, who - surprise, surprise - is a blonde bombshell. DiCaprio began dating the young model in about June 2015, but after a few months the duo split, allegedly because of their incompatible work schedules. Although, we can't help but notice that Rohrbach recently turned 26, something that's practically over-the-hill in DiCaprio's dating roster. Rohrbach was featured in the 2015 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and was even named their rookie of the year, so we have a feeling some sexy actor will be sweeping her off her feet in no time.

10 Toni Garrn

The gorgeous German Toni Garrn made a splash in the fashion industry at a young age, debuting at only 15 years old as an exclusive model in the Calvin Klein runway show. Soon after, she was walking for the biggest names, including Dior, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana and more. However, Garrn's gorgeous face and stunning physique managed to earn her a spot on a whole different sort of runway - the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show catwalk. Garrn worked with the lingerie company for several years, and around that time, she also dated DiCaprio for about a year and a half.

9 Erin Heatherton

This blonde bombshell was discovered at 17 while she was on vacation (like so many of the top supermodels seem to be!) and quickly began booking shows with brands like Prada, Chanel, Marc Jacobs, Valentino, and more. However, Heatherton truly became a household name when she became a Victoria's Secret Angel. In addition to strutting her stuff on the haute couture runways, she transformed into a bombshell to walk in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show from 2008 to 2013. While she was an Angel, she caught DiCaprio's eye, and the two dated for a little under a year between 2011 and 2012.

Russian supermodel Anne Vyalitsyna - more commonly known as Anne V - is known for her relationship with Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine. However, she got a taste of another side of the entertainment industry when she allegedly dated DiCaprio after he split from supermodel Bar Rafaeli. A model who was known for ten consecutive years of appearances in the bikini bible, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue? Yeah, we have no trouble believing that DiCaprio dated her. She's literally his exact type. Anne V has since foregone men in the entertainment industry for a man in tech - last year, she welcomed a daughter with Adam Cahan, a senior VP of mobile and emerging products at Yahoo.

7 Bar Refaeli

Leonardo DiCaprio is pretty much a serial dater - and he generally doesn't date the same girl for more than a year, often not even more than a few months. So, the fact that he dated Bar Refaeli for over five years truly shows just how enchanting the Israeli model must be. The two met in Las Vegas, at a party thrown for U2, in 2005, and dated until about 2011 (with a few breaks here and there). Refaeli has since found love with an Israeli businessman, and has supplemented her success in the modeling world with success in a variety of business ventures.

This girlfriend is from the Leo archives - sometimes, given how good DiCaprio looks for his age, it can be tough to remember that he's been walking red carpets for over two decades! DiCaprio dated Zang, a gorgeous blonde model, for a few months in 1996 and 1997 - they even attended the premiere of Romeo and Juliet together, one of his first big roles. The Michigan-born model had her taste of fame at an early age, and since then has stepped away from the red carpet and into the kitchen as the owner and head chef of Emma Lou's Homemade Kitchen.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are basically one of Hollywood's golden couples.
