If you think back to the last time you saw a tabloid cover that wasn't about celebrity cheaters, you'll be thinking for a while.

Aside from Jennifer Aniston allegedly always being pregnant with twins, or something to do with Miley Cyrus's tongue, celebrity cheaters steal the Hollywood gossip spotlight every single time. It just goes to show: even “perfect” relationships have their flaws- and all of the glitz and the glam in the world can't make you immune to being cheated on.

But perhaps celebrities really do have it worse than the rest of us- that is, when it comes to cheating. After all, being constantly followed and photographed by paparazzi (whose primary goal is to expose the private lives of celebrities) doesn't exactly make for a discrete setting. As a celebrity cheater, it's all too easy to get caught.

Here are 15 celebrity cheaters whose relationships we'd been rooting for until they turned on their partners and broke our hearts.

15 Ben Affleck

In 2015, it was rumored that Ben Affleck and actress Jennifer Garner's infamous split was prompted by a rendezvous Ben had with the couple's nanny.

Although Ben denies that particular affair, it's been said he'd admitted to Jen in the past that he hadn't been faithful to the relationship.

But what does the nanny have to say?

The couple's nanny, Christine Ouzounian, claims she met Ben several times at a nearby Beverly Hills Hotel- off the job. Would you write the rumors off as the nanny's fifteen seconds of fame, or is Ben's pattern too obvious to save him now?

14 Ryan Phillipe

Ryan Phillipe broke our hearts when he was rumored to have cheated on his wife of 8 years, American actress and Legally Blonde star, Reese Witherspoon.

Ryan's affair allegedly took place with Abbie Cornish, his blonde bombshell co-star in the 2008 drama, Stop-Loss. When asked about the affair with Abbie, Ryan denied rumors of cheating, explaining that an outside source wasn't the reason for his split with Reese.

Whether or not the rumors are true, our favourite Hollywood couple's marriage came to a halt in 2007. They have two children together, Deacon and Ava.

13 LeAnn Rimes

For months, rumors of LeAnn Rimes cheating on her long-time husband, former dancer, Dean Sheremet flooded tabloids.

Married at the ages of 18 and 20, the couple still appeared happy and in love nearly ten years after they married, showing public displays of affection at red carpet events and in candid photos. But eventually, LeAnn strayed, as her affair with, actor and co-star of Northern Lights, Eddie Cibrian became public.

This time, the rumors weren't denied. LeAnn and Eddie are still together today. Eddie also left his former wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Brandi Glanville, to be with LeAnn.

12 Tony Parker

Although it's been nearly six years since Tony Parker and Eva Longoria split, it feels like it was just yesterday.

What appeared to be a rock solid relationship on the outside turned into one of the biggest Hollywood marriage scandals. Tony was rumored to have texted hundreds of other women while still married to Eva, and to have also had an affair with Erin Barry, the wife of Brent Barry of the Antonio Spurs.

Although Barry denies the affair, it was Eva who eventually caught Parker with Erin Barry's personal information, which he had hidden in a system only he could access. On one unfortunate night, he forgot to hide the information and left it in the open for Eva to see, confirming rumors and prompting the couple to end their marriage.

11 Heidi Klum

Rumor has it that Heidi Klum was kissed by a rose- but it wasn't from Seal.

The supermodel and mother of four surprised us when rumors surfaced that she'd cheated on Seal with her bodyguard.

While she openly admitted to dating her bodyguard on public television after the couple split, she denies all rumors of cheating or having an affair while still married to singer, Seal.

Although Heidi insists she never cheated on Seal, he is convinced she did and has spoken openly about his feelings in interviews.

Heidi Klum and Seal were married in May 2005 and have three children together. Their marriage ended in January 2012 due to irreconcilable differences. Heidi dated the bodyguard for two years after the split.

10 Tiger Woods

Tiger Woods set an example of what not to do as a celebrity when he became a serial cheater.

It's hard to say if the professional golfer is more famous for his career or his cheating scandals. But one thing is for sure- he broke our hearts when he cheated on his wife and mother of his children, supermodel Elin Nordegren. Not once, not twice, but several times.

Nordegren found out about the cheating through tabloid headlines, but confirmed the rumors when she found suspicious text messages in Woods' phone. Eventually, Elin texted his first mistress, Rachel Uchitel, pretending to be Tiger, in order to confirm the rumors. When Uchitel affectionately responded back, Elin reportedly dialed her number and told her she “knew everything”.

There's record of Tiger going on a cheating bender with at least thirteen other women, mostly waitresses, lingerie models and porn stars.

The couple separated after six years of marriage.

9 Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez has apparently been the star in a tangled web of cheating scandals during her last three relationships.

It's rumored that she cheated on her second husband Cris Judd, with Gigli co-star Ben Affleck during the time of filming, her husband Marc Anthony and her current boyfriend, Casper Smart.

The cheating rumors may or may not be true, but after Lopez and Judd split, her and Affleck went public with their relationship. But it wasn't happily ever for Lopez just yet.

After her relationship with Affleck ended, she married singer Marc Anthony. But rumors have it, after a few years of marriage, she was caught cheating on Anthony with the actor, Casper Smart. She's now publicly dating Casper Smart, and is separated from Anthony after ten years of marriage.

Rumors have surfaced that she's also cheated on Casper with Marc Anthony, but let's hope that's only speculation.

8 Ashton Kutcher

If their 16 year age difference wasn't enough to break their 8 year relationship, cheating rumors were.

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore were one couple who seemed to have it all- success and love.

So it came as a surprise to all of us when rumors surfaced about Ashton cheating on the former model and actress with a 21-year-old woman, who he met at a bowling alley.

But that's not all. American actor and model, Scott Eastwood also spoke out about Ashton's affairs, claiming that Ashton cheated on Demi in a hot tub with Eastwood's then girlfriend.

Ashton denies the allegations, but after 7 years of marriage, Demi and Kutcher called it quits.

7 Jessica Simpson

American pop singers Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey took reality TV by storm with their hit show Nick and Jessica, which documented the Hollywood couple's blissful relationship as newlyweds. But even a reality TV show has elements of fiction.

Simpson has been accused of cheating on Lachey several times during their marriage, with various Hollywood stars such as Bam Margera. Although the rumors are denied by Simpson, Margera spoke to the press in detail about a night they spent together at her parents' home in LA while she was still married.

After four years of marriage, America's favorite pop star couple divorced. The cheating rumors have never been confirmed by Jessica.

6 Brad Pitt

As if Brad Pitt wasn't already famous enough, he brought more attention to himself when rumors surfaced about an affair he was having with Angelina Jolie, his co-star on the hit movie, Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

At the time of the affair, Brad Pitt was married to American actress, Jennifer Aniston. Rumors hit tabloids hard for months, but eventually the rumors were enough to cause Pitt and Aniston split. Shortly after, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie went public with their relationship (though it's been denied an affair ever took place). Their infamous relationship has earned the couple the name “Brangelina”.

Brangelina have been together since 2006, and have three biological children as well as three adoptive children together.

5 Jesse James

TV personality, Jesse James is best known for his affair with Michelle “Bombshell” McGee, while married to American actress, Sandra Bullock. We flinched when we learned the affair took place while the Hollywood couple was in the process of adopting a baby.

James and Bullock split shortly after, as James entered a new relationship with LA Ink star, Kat Von D. But you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Von D claims that Jesse James cheated on her during their relationship with at least 19 different women.

When asked about the affairs, James doesn't deny that he cheated, and links the cheating to trauma he experienced in his childhood.

4 Madonna

Madonna was married to English filmmaker, Guy Ritchie, during the time she was said to be having an affair with Yankees player, Alex Rodriguez. Rodriguez was also married at the time of the affair.

Although both parties deny that the affair took place, Rodriguez's wife publicly confirmed the two were together. After finding notes and letters Madonna had wrote to Rodriguez, she shared one with the press that read “you are my soulmate”.

Madonna and Guy Ritchie divorced after twelve years of marriage. It's unclear as to whether the rumored affair was the reason for their split. Shortly after the divorce, Guy opened up in interviews about Madonna's public image obsession, suggesting the relationship was already troubled before the cheating.

3 Marilyn Manson

It seemed like a match made in heaven when alternative rock star Marilyn Manson started dating American burlesque dancer and model, Dita Von Teese. The couple were married for one year before splitting, due to allegations of his affair with 27 year old actress, Evan Rachel Wood.

Manson denies ever cheating on any significant other, though he and Wood had a public relationship for a few months after the rumors surfaced. Their relationship fizzled quickly, and he still speaks openly and fondly about his marriage with Dita Von Teese in interviews. It remains unclear as to why the couple divorced

2 Kristen Stewart

It seemed too good to be true when Twilight stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson became a couple in 2009. But after three years together, photos surfaced of Kristen and director Rupert Sanders kissing and enjoying a day out together in LA. Stewart and Sanders met on the set of Snow White and the Huntsman, which was released in 2012.

Unfortunately in Kristen's case, the cheating rumors weren't just rumors, they were photographs. Although the Twilight couple split, Kristen has since spoken openly about her affair in interviews and referred to it as a “mistake” and “lapse in judgement”.

1 Mario Lopez

For years, Mario Lopez denied rumors of ever cheating on his wife, American actress Ali Landry.

While he credits his short-lived marriage to not being in love, Mario also decided to face the cheating rumors nearly seven years after the split. He confessed to cheating on his girlfriend of six years at his bachelor party in Mexico, right before their wedding took place.

The photos of the scandal were caught on camera, showing Lopez poolside with an unknown woman. The photos eventually made their way to Landry, which was how she learned of the cheating. After six years of dating, the couple had their marriage annulled two weeks later.
