Being a pop star seems totally and completely amazing. You have tons of money, tons of fans, and you get to do what you love every day. People are also jealous AF of you and sometimes, that must be pretty cool. Remember the days when they posed for photos together, smiled, and even tweeted about each other and each other's music?! Yeah, that definitely feels like it was a long time ago. You just know that they wouldn't want you to remember a time when they got along. There's nothing else that's wrong with this photo, though. They both look pretty and their dresses are super sparkly and fun as well. No major fashion or hair disasters are happening in this picture. It's just a bit awkward to see them hanging out together and to see Katy Perry being so playful and friendly and sticking out her tongue at her now enemy.

14 Ariana Grande: A Totally Wrong Tutu

Ariana Grande is super cute and super sweet and absolutely talented. She's really awesome. But in her younger years, she didn't dress that well, and this is one of her fashion fail moments. Hey, it happens to everyone. You definitely don't love everything that you wore when you were younger, whether back in elementary school or junior high or high school, and you would probably cringe if your mom showed you photos of some of your outfit choices. This outfit in particular is not that amazing. First of all you have the super shiny top of the dress which makes it seem like you see her nips… which she would probably find pretty awkward and embarrassing if she saw this picture these days. The bottom of the dress is basically a huge tutu and it looks like she should be performing in a ballet. The shoes look way too tight as well.

13 Christina Aguilera: Wild Hair

This outfit and this hair… Sorry Christina. You're so beautiful and stylish and talented, but this was just not that good. You have to think about every part of this outfit to really see how bad it is. Let's start with the hair. It's massive. That's really the only word that you can think of when you're looking at this particular hairstyle. Is she wearing a wig? Did she get a perm that didn't work out so well? You're really not sure and you have so many questions. But wait… there's more. She's got some braided hair at the top of her head. What is that? You're not sure what's happening here. It's super confusing. Now let's talk about the dress. It looks like she found a dress and then someone took some scissors to it. And those shoes look like they are cutting into her legs and angles. It's just all very awkward and painful.

12 Mariah Carey: A Plaid Dress

You have definitely seen Mariah Carey wearing much prettier outfits and dresses than this. This is like a plaid tablecloth or something. You don't really get what this is all about. Everything about it is confusing. The white and black plaid is super bright, if white and black can be bright (at least they can in this photo… ), and the belt is pretty massive. It's basically the biggest belt that you've ever seen. You're also not on board with her super springy curls because it looks like a perm gone wrong or like she went out with wet hair. The earrings don't work well with the dress, either. You figure that she wouldn't want people to see this photo and that she regrets this plaid dress. That's okay. We all have our fashion regrets.

11 Rihanna: Poufy In Pink

You're not sure why the skirt on this otherwise pretty pink dress is so large… but it's kind of nuts. It's just so big. You feel like it is totally swallowing you up and you're not even wearing it. The signer wore this dress to the Grammys once and ended up on some worst dressed lists, and you have to admit that you can see why. It's just not flattering and it looks way too big. The top of the dress is weird too, don't you think?! It's like a bra… but a strapless one. Or one of those bandeaus that you buy not because they really fit or because they hold your boobs in but because they are comfortable to wear when it's 30 degrees outside at the height of summer. You would have loved this dress if it was less poufy and less massive. It's just honestly a bit too much for you and you can't imagine why it's that big.

10 Selena Gomez: Super Young Style

This is more of a super cute, adorable photo than a major fail when it comes to fashion and hairstyles, but it's still probably not a photo that Selena Gomez would really want you to see. She's wearing white boots which are enough to make it a bad outfit since no one really thinks that anyone should wear boots of that color. She's wearing a white t-shirt with a black pattern on it, a super short black vest, and black pants. While there's nothing inherently wrong with this look, it's a bit too matchy-matchy. She probably wouldn't love to see it today since it would remind her that she used to be super young and innocent. And she has worked hard to craft an image that is sophisticated and mature and older. This outfit just doesn't work with what she is portraying these days, that's for sure.

Yup, embarrassing things happen even to super beautiful and successful celebrities. At least, they happen to Taylor Swift. The singer was performing once when her dress flew up and everyone in the audience saw her underwear. Talk about a super awkward moment. If something like this has ever happened to you at school, at work or even when you were walking down the street, then you know how totally humiliating this can be. Just imagine going through this in front of so many people. Yeah, it's definitely pretty bad. Chances are, Taylor Swift wanted to forget that this moment even happened, and so she definitely wouldn't want you to see this photo. Unfortunately, there's often a lot of photographic evidence when it comes to famous people, so this picture is going to live on. Oh well. Sorry, T-Swift.

8 Taylor Swift: Red And Black

What is this outfit?! You really don't know. It's not something that you would ever expect to see T-Swift wearing. You're not sure what kind of style this is and it doesn't seem like something that she normally wears. You usually see her in super pretty and sparkly formal dresses if she's attending an event or walking the red carpet, or she's wearing something fairly preppy if you see her out and about on the streets. She always looks really sophisticated, elegant, and pretty much perfect. Yeah, you get that no one is perfect, but seriously, look at Taylor's street style and you are basically convinced that she is. She just always looks good. This is not one of those times, unfortunately, as much as it pains you to admit it. The red and black are too strong together and the cut of the dress is quite strange.

7 Britney Spears: Extensions Gone Wrong

Britney Spears usually has super beautiful hair and usually looks the part of a famous pop star, but in this case, that just wasn't happening. This looks like Britney was wearing some extensions that went wrong. Her hair looks super stringy and rough and like it would feel like straw. That's really not a good look for anyone. You wonder why she was even wearing extensions in the first place. She always looks so good, you think that she should have just stuck with her regular hair. Nothing about this works. You also have to admit that you're not exactly the biggest fan of the top that she's wearing, either. It's pale yellow, which is honestly a color that doesn't really look good on anyone, no matter how famous or amazing they are, and the strings and holes in the front are pretty awkward. Not her best hairdo.

Katy Perry is definitely a celerity who cares about fashion, and she usually looks amazing. Sure, sometimes she seems to go a bit too far with the whole costume thing, but for the most part, you think that she looks good. Unfortunately, this wasn't one of those times, and no matter how big of a fan you are, you have to admit that this look just isn't doing much for her. She's paired a sports jersey with a skirt that looks like a tutu and is way too short… and she's also wearing super high boots. Hmmm. You wonder what kind of look she was going for. Once when Lady Gaga was performing, her pants literally split… right in the back. Yup. It's probably the worst place that you can imagine your pants ripping. Well, it wouldn't be so awesome if they ripped in the front, either. But this was pretty embarrassing and awkward. You can totally see how this would have happened because, well, come on, these pants were super tight. As in incredibly tight. As in how could she possibly walk in them, let alone dance and move around on stage?! It's a wonder that this hasn't happened to her before. Since this is Lady Gaga, you figure that she didn't even care, not even a single bit. Avril Lavigne went through a pretty long Hello Kitty phase where she was into dressing like this, but you have to wonder if she still thinks that it was a good idea today. She just doesn't look her best here. When you first heard about Avril Lavigne, you probably knew about her hit single "Complicated" (because you heard it played literally everywhere that you went and every time that you turned on the radio) and you knew that she loved to wear baggy pants, tank tops, and ties. Yup. She definitely loved her ties. It was her thing. You don't associate the pop singer with this outfit in this particular picture. You're not sure that she would want people to see it today. Nothing about it seems to work and it's just way too much. It's not flattering and it looks too baggy and you would have preferred to see her in a simple t-shirt and jeans or a simple dress.

Who can forge the infamous denim look that Britney Spears rocked back in the day… while standing next to her one true love, Justin Timberlake?! No one could possibly forget. Of course, he didn't end up being her soulmate and they did eventually break up, but you're basically pretending that the breakup never happened and that they are still hopelessly in love. This is a pretty awkward photo since it's just not a good angle. Britney is making a strange face and it's like the person holding the camera chose the exact worst time to snap a picture. Of course, that didn't happen, because it was probably just a random shot, but still. Her shirt/vest doesn't look like it fits all that well and is almost showing her boob and more, which is definitely not something that anyone would want to happen. Her denim hat is also not the nicest thing ever to be totally honest.

Whoa. Talk about an awkward AF red carpet moment. When Demi Lovato and Nicki Minaj crossed paths at the Met Gala one year, Nicki gave her a seriously dirty look. Like seriously. Sure, Miley Cyrus is not exactly known for being super insecure and self-conscious. It's totally the opposite. She definitely is comfortable with who she is and she loves to push the limit when it comes to her fashion choices. So you're probably not going to catch her freaking out over a certain outfit that she wore or a photo that was taken. Even so, you have to admit that this is not one of her best fashion moments. Sorry Miley but it's just not. The pink pants are bad enough, don't you think?! They're super shiny and super low and are bunching up in a really strange place aka around the crotch area. It's not really a good look. The top is also weird… if you can even call it a top. It looks like pink duct tape. Not her best look and probably not a photo that she wants people to see.
