From series that have sadly ended to second seasons that we have been waiting a year for to brand new shows, we have you covered. These shows will have you enthralled, tearing up, angry at some characters, and falling in love with others. The creativity and innovation that goes into making these amazing series definitely does not go unnoticed. Read on to find out some Netflix original shows that you seriously should not miss out on! We will keep you busy with all these!

15 House Of Cards

If you love politics and drama, then you will be totally in love with House Of Cards. We know that we love watching this show and can't wait for the new season, which will start streaming in May 2017 (so you have a few days to get caught up!). Even if you are not a political junkie, chances are you will totally get into this series. Kevin Spacey is awesome as one of the main characters and you will love when he breaks the forth wall and speaks directly to the camera/the audience. He always says something totally inappropriate about whatever situation he's in the middle of figuring out… and we seriously love it. We can't get enough. This series is set in present day and follows the story of Frank Underwood, a Democrat who is navigating the heated political climate. Be warned, this show is super dark and gets even darker as the series progresses!

14 Narcos

This is a crime series that is dedicated to the story of Pablo Escobar. His life is always on the line no matter what he does, simply because of his title: drug kingpin. He quickly became one of the richest individuals in the world thanks to the illegal white powder. The series will keep you on your toes and will definitely always keeping you guessing about what will be next and where exactly the story will lead. Here's some good news for those who have already binge-watched the first and second seasons (maybe more than once!): Netflix has renewed the show for third and forth seasons. Hooray! If you've watched the existing episodes, do you want more? 13 The Crown

Apparently this series is the most expensive original series Netflix has ever created! The Crown is a great historical show that you will seriously adore. The locations in this show are totally beautiful and the cast is constantly surrounded by whimsical locations that you can't even believe really exist. There's a plan for more than six seasons of this show and it's safe to say that the story will be kept super unique and fresh and interesting over that time period. The show has gotten a second season renewed, but we don't know when it will start streaming. Many people have fallen in love with the story of Queen Elizabeth the 2nd of the United Kingdom. Many people dream of having a life like she once did, and the show really does give that lifestyle justice thanks to the glam and chic sets and historically accurate facts really bring the show alive. We need more of this show in our lives and can't wait for more episodes.

12 Orange Is The New Black

Of course we could not leave out this original Netflix series! It is one of the most loved and watched series out of the original series list. A lot of people watch this show and many have probably even gotten a Netflix account solely for this show, and honestly how could you resist?! This show has it all from drama to friendship to love to comedy! It will make you cry one moment, feel happy another, and laugh when you least expect it. This series has even received four Emmy nominations for being an Outstanding Drama Series. Good for OITNB! This show is diverse and shows different perspectives, and you will feel an emotional connection with the characters for sure. This is an important show for sure. We know we will be tuning in when the next season comes out in June 2017 (enough time for a binge-watch session if you ask us) and can't wait for it.

11 Grace And Frankie

Grace And Frankie's first season started streaming on Netflix back in 2015 and the third season was recently added to the streaming service. This series is super hilarious and is not to be missed. When their husbands share that they are in love with each other, the two women become unlikely and surprising friends. They accept each other's differences and their own and it is a really charming story. This unlikely duo deal with circumstances that you would probably expect in an old-school sitcom but with a new, modern approach. Plus there is the fact that the actors are top-notch, from Jane Fonda to Lily Tomlin to Sam Waterston to Martin Sheen. So guess what you are going to be doing this week? Watching Grace And Frankie! What would you do if you were in their situation? That is something that you are going to be asking yourself!

10 Girlboss

Following the inspiring book by Sophia Amoruso, #Girlboss is a comedic series that is one of Netflix's latest originals. Her story inspires young girls and women who want to do more with their life and is an empowering look at not giving up on your dreams. Sophia Amoruso has seriously gone through hell and back to start her business and she has so many amazing stories that have changed her life for the better and she has been a huge inspiration for many who want to do the same. She managed to take her career from nothing to something and it is really awesome. We are very excited to see this series which premiered on April 21st, 2017 (if you haven't already watched, what are you waiting for?). Based on the trailer alone, it looks like you'll be inspired and also laughing since this show is definitely super funny. It's the perfect balance in our minds.

9 Stranger Things

Of course Stranger Things is on this list! This amazing and innovative throwback of a series had everyone at the edge of their seat when the first season was released in the summer of 2016. If you are a Netflix person (which of course you are!) then you were super psyched to binge-watch this series in a single evening. But it was not just Netflix addicts who were head over heels for this series. Fans of 80s mystery and sci-fi movies like The Goonies were head over heels for this Netflix show. It is a take on those classics with some horror and suspense. Everyone loves the throwback vibe, the characters, the story, and just how cool this show is. It is time to mark your calendar for October 31st 2017. Because, yes, that is Halloween, but that is also when the second season comes out! Talk about the best day ever.

8 Haters Back Off

If you're an avid Youtube watcher, then you've probably heard of Miranda Sings. She started on Youtube and is still very active on the platform, but now she also has her own show on Netflix that came out in 2016! This amazing performer just wants to be in the spotlight. She's a very strange girl that has a love for singing and wants all the attention on her no matter what the situation may be. We've been looking forward to the new season since we heard that it got renewed, and while there isn't a specific date in mind, at least we know there will be something to look forward to this year if this series is our cup of tea. Who knows what will happen to Miranda Sings?! The truth is that seriously anything can happen in this unique story. We're going to be over here, waiting for the second season and crossing our fingers that it drops soon.

7 Santa Clarita Diet

Zombies, humor, and California. Count us in for this crazy adventure in the life of a woman who needs to eat humans while also trying to maintain her regular human lifestyle with her family and friends. She is fully aware of what is going on and so she is totally unlike any zombie you have ever seen, but that does not stop those intense cravings! This classic take on the American lifestyle will have you seriously questioning whether your friends and family are zombies. How crazy would it be if something like this really happened?! Once again, we do not have a date for the second season of the show, but we do know that it has been renewed for a second season. They really need to hurry up though, thanks! Will you be watching this show, or rewatching the first season, in hopes they release the newest season sometime soon?

6 The Get Down

There's a ton of hype around this Netflix original and for good reason. The Get Down is a short series that focuses on the life of youth detaching from the typical disco scene and trying to make it in the MC rapping world in an era where this type of musical expression wasn't even valid unless you were performing in an underground community. While you might think this show isn't for you just because it's a musical drama, you would be totally wrong! This series takes its musical concept and completely shapes it in a brand new way. The show started streaming on Friday, April 7th 2017, so you can definitely curl up on the couch and get started on your binge. Get ready to get down to the amazing music throughout this series! You will be so glad that you gave this one a try and will soon be telling all your friends about it.

5 The OA

The OA is a very strange, different show and it will probably leave you with more questions than answer by the time you end your binge-watch. While it is a very unique concept, this show does touch on genres such as drama, mystery, and crime. It is a bit of an acquired taste but it is totally worth a shot if you are looking for something new and interesting. There are moments where you might laugh or where you're hiding behind a blanket to cover your tears. Either way, it's an interesting series that will inspire creativity and also present a very new and strange way of thinking. You might even find yourself questioning your own beliefs when it comes to how the world works. There isn't a specific second season date, but it's safe to say that you're going to get the chance to watch a second season of this show.

4 Bloodline

Bloodline is a Netflix original that you definitely should not miss out on. It is a thriller and a drama that focuses on a family living in the Florida Keys and dealing with some seriously dark events. We will not go into too many details since you really need to see it for yourself, but there is a great mystery at the core of this show, and since it has been renewed for two final seasons, the conclusion will definitely wrap up everything. This series is relatively new and it really does capture a part of life we hope we never have to deal with. It shows the viewer new perspectives in a very interesting way. Will you be watching the first and second seasons over again before the last two come out? This one should definitely be added to your list.

3 Marco Polo

For all those history buffs out there, this series is perfect for you! This series is dramatic, beautifully shot and captures a different part of the world that you probably don't know the history of. So even if you're not a history buff, you will still enjoy it. It's all about things that happened centuries ago in Mongolia and you'll find yourself transported to a new world that is full of wonder and exploration. The story is amazing and also important, and it's a great way to delve into a culture you've never really thought of looking into before. Sadly, the series has come to an end but if you're someone who hasn't watched it yet or even heard of it, then you'll be very busy watching all 23 episodes this week! It's truly one of the best Netflix original series out there and you shouldn't miss it. What are you waiting for?!

If you are in love with science fiction and drama, then you are in the right place. This series focuses on eight strangers from around the world in many interesting and beautiful locations that are emotionally linked through their minds. It is such a different and interesting concept. The diverse cast brings this show to a new level and you will enjoy the many different perspectives on this show. It is definitely not dull or boring in the least. The creators of the show have really mastered this show, and you're going to totally agree if you give it a chance! We're excited to be able to add this second season to our calendar because we need to know what happens. It seems like there will be future seasons as well, so get ready. The second season is releasing on Netflix in early May, so grab your popcorn and get cozy.

1 Hemlock Grove

If you haven't heard of Hemlock Grove, then you're not the only one. It's probably one of the most underrated Netflix shows out there and it seriously deserves way more attention. While the series has ended, this show that is a mix of the horror and thriller genres has three seasons with a total of 33 episodes that you can binge (with some accompanying nightmares, of course). This show started streaming back in 2013 and has been growing a fanbase ever since. Now's your chance to see what all the hype is about and join in because you won't regret it for a second! The fictional town of Hemlock Grove is constantly dealing with brutal murders and tons of rumors that you'll be trying to wrap your mind around. This series will have you on the edge of your seat and it's worth trying, even if you end up totally afraid of the dark!
