It's your lucky day. Because we are taking the liberty to post a few pictures which will make you forget about those morning TPS reports. Forget reading boring news stories about Trump for five seconds. The following pictures combine two joys: beautiful men and cute dogs. Abs and puppies. Hot models and man's best friend. There's something about seeing the combination of the two that is so much better than just seeing a picture of one or the other. Not that dogs are not great by themselves anyways, but you can tell something about the guy with the dog in the picture. It shows that he is loyal to his friend. It shows the guy in the pic is committed to a relationship (albeit with a pet) and most likely, if he's nice to his dog, he's a nice guy in general. What is the internet if not to waste time staring at pretty things anyways? Pretty people, cute animals, funny kitten videos… these are all important things that must be researched and studied intensely instead of doing things you should be doing like paying bills and working.

15 Justin Michael

Blond and blue eyed with a scruffy beard, Justin Michael not only is a good looking dude that owns a dog washing facility but has a site called “thatdogdude.com.” The site claims to be “a community to give back to dogs because they do so much for us. I have partnered with large pet corporations, rescue organizations, veterinarians, trainers, nutritionists and other experts in the dog world to bring to you the most up to date knowledge, encouragement, inspiration and entertainment for you and your four-legged friends to enjoy!” There are various videos featuring Justin in all his tight-shirted glory giving dog grooming tips, adoption facts, and even has an “ins-paw-ration” section about learning “from our dog and apply it to living a more enriched life.” His hot pictures with various puppies are already enriching lives on their own but the fact that he's so into helping animals and humans alike makes him that much more adorable.

14 French Tattooed Guy

Not sure if this is his official title or what, but you can't get any more obvious of a self-designated name than that. He's a guy. He's tattooed. And he's French. Hot. Everyone knows that if you are have an accent, the person you are speaking to is 40% more attracted to you (a fact I just made up. Although online there seems to be tons of articles supporting this attraction theory in general). French Tattoed Guy has 46,100 followers on Instagram and you can see why. He probably got a bunch of them not only because of his amazing body art, but because of his multiple posts including what I'm assuming are his dogs, and this makes his page better. He's even an equal opportunity animal lover. There's also a pic of him with a cat where he describes how he kept it after it ended up in his yard.

13 Brandon Katz

Above is pictured Brandon Katz with his dog Riley. Brandon has beautiful shiny hair not unlike a modern Fabio Lanzoni. His Instagram bio says he's an LA model with 42,100 followers and also apparently loves that hair. He's used the hashtag #adoptdontshop on quite a few of his pictures with Riley, so you know he's a good guy for supporting shelter adoptions as well as really easy on the eyes! Although Riley doesn't have the length of hair that Brandon has, he too is a handsome dog. The American Kennel Club says the Rottweiler breed is “a calm, confident and courageous dog.… It has an inherent desire to protect home and family, and is an intelligent dog of extreme hardness and adaptability with a strong willingness to work, making them especially suited as a companion.” If owners and dogs are similar, then both Brandon and Riley seem like people/animals I would hang out with.

12 Fabio Grangeon

Fabio is a model and actor now based in Taipei. He was born in France and spent his childhood in Martinique and Saint Marteen. At 18 he moved to London which he describes as “a city where you can express your individuality through your clothing” and where he eventually was approached by someone from a modeling agency. He later received a Bachelors degree in International Business which led him to move to Taiwan. He is pictured above with his cute personality-filled schnauzer, Luna. His Instagram feed not only contains lots of beautiful pictures of locations from around the world (with him in them, of course) but there are tons of pictures of him with Luna doing everything together from cooking, skateboarding, napping to of course, modeling with him. Schnauzers in general are friendly and loving as well as protective and energetic, which seems like a perfect kind of dog to keep up with the lifestyle of Fabio.

11 Channing Tatum

Why would Channing Tatum NOT make this list? He's Magic Mike, for God's sake. An article without a picture of Channing Tatum is like a day without cheese and sunshine. The only thing that could make a picture he was in any better is if the picture had a puppy in it. Well, here you go! Here we have him adorably carrying a little black and white dog in his jacket, almost looking like he wants to take it home with him. You can't not say “awwww.” Channing and his wife are known animal lovers and have been longtime advocates of animal rescue charities. He has two of his own rescue dogs named Lulu and Meeka. He owns a rescue horse as well, and even owned a goat at one point (which sadly passed away). It's always nice to see someone who is so attractive on the outside and on the inside.

10 Dog And This Guy With Serious Abs

I don't know what kind of dog this is. I don't even know who this guy is. But let us take a moment and look at those abs. The dog is even staring. This is quite an impressive washboard set. I'm pretty sure this dude wasn't just doing seven minute abs every once in a while. He was probably doing all sorts of planks, medicine ball workouts and other painful exercises that I have not even heard about. The dog looks like he's in good shape too. That's a bonus of having a dog-the cardio you have to do probably doesn't seem like cardio if you have your buddy with you to hike and run with all the time. This is a nice picture of a man with “man's best friend,” and it seems that it would be nice to always have your best friend to work out with you!

9 Firefighters With Puppies

I don't know if I'm making a gross generalization but I feel like as far as firefighters go, a great number of them are really good looking. Firefighting to me is an insanely brave, noble, and DIFFICULT job. I was looking up exactly how much weight they carry, and I've seen articles listing anywhere between 45-75 pounds (but one Youtube video showed and described all of the gear and came up with the exact number of 53 pounds). So then this would make sense that their bodies have to be in pretty great shape to be able to carry all of the gear (and while going up multiple sets of stairs in some cases), while still helping people in crisis. So anyways, all of their strength probably makes it pretty easy to lift an adorable puppy or two. Pictured here are three firefighting heroes all showing their amazing abs and holding tiny floppy eared puppies.

8 Guy With Two Yorkies

I love this picture of this guy because it says so much. First off, he looks genuinely happy. He has a great smile. He just looks like he loves that his dogs are in the picture with him. And his tattoo right on his chest which is lined up right between the dogs that says “love”-it just sums it up. A strong guy holding small dogs is pretty endearing. He is holding a couple of Yorkshire Terriers here. Yorkies usually live between 12-15 years, which will give our friend in the picture a good long time with his best friends. According to dogbreedinfo.com, “with owners who take the time to understand how to treat a small dog, the Yorkie is a wonderful companion… it is very sweet and loving and can be trusted with children.” If the dogs reflect the personality of the owner, then this guy is not only hot but sounds like a nice guy too.

7 Nick Bateman

Above is model Nick Bateman and his perfect arms pictured with a tiny Yorkie puppy in his lap! Before he acquired his 5.8 million followers on Instagram with his hot pics, Nick was a highly trained martial artist. He was so good, he won four world titles as a teen in various forms and even opened his own karate studio. Clearly all that physical work paid off because shortly after winning all those titles he got into modeling and those abs got him his first big campaign with Abercrombie and Fitch. Nick is an avid animal lover and has posted pictures on Instagram with several dogs (two of which called his “hairy children”), a cat, a horse, and a bird. He is such a dog person and loves them so much that he reportedly would never get into a relationship with someone who doesn't have the same love of canines.

6 Guy With The All-Knowing Puppy

The dog in this picture is hilarious. Look at that little Yorkie face! Yorkies seem to be one of the favorite breeds of the hot guys posted today. The dog is saying so much just with its expression. This little one seems to be thinking “that's right, ladies. You wish you were me.” The Instagram comments going along with this picture seem to concur with such statements as “are you freaking kidding me?” “Found my husband.” “Yorkie double date??” And a viewer tagged their friend and said to them in French what translates to, “I'm adopting the master, I'll give you the dog.” The guy pictured is Daniel Pimentel, a model from California who has done a bunch of campaigns with well-known names like Diesel, Gap and Hugo Boss. He was apparently discovered by a makeup artist at a mall and then signed by the Ford Models agency. Which was not only just lucky for him, but for us all, really.

5 Hot Guy on the Beach

This picture is just so beautiful. It's a nice sunny day without a cloud in the sky. The ocean looks so pleasant and the water looks clear. The dude pictured is tanned, hot, and looks like he's having the best time ever. And this dog looks very regal. It looks possibly like a Vizsla or a Redbone Coonhound (both are very active breeds, which would make sense that they are outdoors at the beach). The dog looks like he knows his picture is being taken and he will out-model the guy in it. The location and the guy are unknown, but I'd like to hypothesize that the guy is on an awesome holiday for a month in Italy or Greece and was able to find dog friendly beaches to play fetch with his best friend during the day time, get a great tan, and then spend evenings eating all the best foods and drinking delicious wines.

4 Shawn Strong

Here we have Shawn Strong and an adorable puppy that looks just like a little bear cub enjoying some brunch together in Sydney, Australia. According to his Instgram bio, he has dual modeling management companies in both Australia and Canada, but mentioned in a comment that he moved to Toronto last week. Like other fellow models who have pictures in this article, Shawn seems to be an animal lover. He has several posts on his Instagram page with many different dogs, as well as a cat and a lizard. These great combo pics plus his lovely pout, chistled features and of course, abs for days are what led him to get 11,100 followers on Instagram. And his hair as well-statements like “your hair is outrageous!” and “hair on point” as well as a slew of other complimentary comments on pretty much every picture of him sum it up.

3 Hot Guy With a Dog in the Bath

There's a hashtag that goes with this picture and it says #babesinatub. That about sums it up. That dog is not only adorable but of course, the guy is one hot dude. Those guns are amazing. And surely there are some viewers who would like to swap places with the dog as soon as possible. Can we talk about the sweet dog for a second? Look how cute! It looks like some kind of Pit Bull mix. Thedodo.com says that “every year 2.7 million healthy pets are euthanized in the U.S., and most of them are Pit Bulls.” There's a lot of breed specific legislations put into place which puts bans or restrictions on Pit Bull ownership in many places. This is due to a lot of misconceptions that Pit Bulls are more dangerous than other dogs. There's tons of evidence stating that Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mixes are just as sweet as any other breed. And I think this guy in this picture should continue to post pics of himself with this dog giving him dog kisses, because really, then he's not only making our day better, but helping out the dogs too.

2 Moala Tautuaa

Moala is professional basketball player for the TNT KaTropa of the Philippine Basketball Association. He is 6' 8” tall, was born in California and already had the height advantage at an early age for the sport. But what is more important here is how cute both he and his dog Aubrey look in this picture! They both have gorgeous eyes and a penchant for posing. Aubrey looks like a French bulldog due to her cute ears and lovable smushy face. Moala has tons of pics of his beloved Aubrey on his Instagram page. But probably the best one is where he tries to recreate one of the scenes similar to the “Follow Me” type of pictures where a woman is leading the photographer by the hand (you can check out his version with Aubrey here. Not only does Moala have a great sense of humor, but obviously loves his puppy too.

1 Jonas Sulzbach

Jonas has an Instagram account that is filled with pictures of his perfect human body, workout videos, and stills of him doing outdoors-y stuff with his lady friend. I keep trying to translate his bios and info on his Facebook page from Portuguese to English but I'm still not sure what he does although I think it involves him being a kind of inspirational trainer and posing with protein powder. Above, he's with a white bull terrier that is quite reminiscent of Spuds Mackenzie (the fictional dog character that was featured in the Bud Light commercials from the 80's) but his Instagram account has a lot of pictures of him with other dogs as well (we love our very attractive animal lovers!) The especially cute ones are of the dogs running around behind him in the videos where he is working out. The pets are supportive of Jonas' message too!
