No one likes being the ugly sibling in a good-looking family. You get name-called, bullied, and tend to feel really insecure about yourself. It's even worse when you get the short-end of the stick for everything. Imagine being part of a famous family where you're the ugly, less talented, and less successful sibling. Being famous means you're always in the public eye. Being ugly and famous means you're constantly criticized for how you look and frequently compared to your hot siblings.

15 Rob Kardashian

Robert Kardashian never gets a break from public criticism. And we're not about to give him one either. It's impossible to find any recent photos of Rob with the rest of the Kardashian Klan. We can't blame him though! I'm sure everyone would feel insecure standing next to Kourtney, Khloe, and Kim. They're absolutely stunning. For a while now, Rob has received a lot of hate for both his weight gain and his overall shitty personality. Growing up in the public eye, it must have been very difficult for Rob to accept his changing looks, especially since his sisters seem to keep getting better and better looking. In the early days of Keeping Up with The Kardashians, Rob was actually pretty hot. We used to envy Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon for dating the then very fit, happy, and positive Rob. Maybe his daughter, Dream Kardashian, will help put Rob back on the path to being hot (and happy) again.

14 Alana Hadid

Alana Hadid is the older, half-sister of the strikingly beautiful models Gigi, Bella, and Anwar. Let's just get to the point, Alana is not ugly. But, she's also not as famous, successful, or influential as the younger Hadids. Alana has a very distinct look, just like her sisters, and would have probably been fairly successful as a top model as well. Burt who? So for anyone who doesn't know the whole extended Kardashian/Jenner family tree, Burt is the guy on the left. He definitely doesn't look like he's part of the most famous family in Hollywood right now. Burt is Caitlyn Jenner's oldest son with her first wife Chrystie Crownover. He is the half brother of Kendall and Kylie, half brother of Brody and Brandon, and full sibling of Cassandra Jenner. Burt appeared on one or two episodes of KUWTK, but never really involved himself with that side of his family. He totally defines what it means to be the black sheep of a family. His brothers are not only extremely sexy, but they've also created fame for themselves that didn't revolve around the Kardashians. Burt was never able to do the same.

Poor Ashlee Simpson. She was always second best to her blonde haired, tan skinned, country singer sister Jessica. In 2004, she even released the heartbreaking song “Shadow” about how she feels about living in the shadow of her older, prettier and more successful sister. Personally, pre-teen me loved Ashlee Simpson. She used to be so spunky and different. But over time, probably after being constantly ridiculed and compared to Jessica, she began changing her looks and persona. Looking at recent pictures of the pair now, it's almost impossible to distinct between the two. Ashlee got a nose job (and it looks incredible), has dyed her hair every color possible, and other work that she refuses to admit to. Haylie Duff is someone who probably should have followed Ashlee Simpson's lead and got a nose job to change her look. Back in the early 2000's Disney days, Hilary Duff was everything! She was a teen idol and one of the best Disney role-models to date. Not to mention, Hilary was Lizzie McGuire, always had awesome hair, and even created a killer clothing line. We can't even fully judge what he looks like because of all that ink. Even though you might not recognize Miley's big bro, he used to be the front man for the band Metro Station. Donnie is also an actor and founding member of the band New Kinds on the Block. He had his way with women back in the 1990s. When it comes to their brother Paul, you can immediately tell he didn't get the attractive or successful Wahlberg genes. Paul is a chef and actually stars in a reality show about his career. Most of Paul's public attention comes directly from being related to very famous brothers. Good for him for picking his own life path though. He's no Mark or Donnie, but Paul seems quite satisfied with his low-key, chef life.
