You have definitely seem more than one woman who looks like a disaster because she has had too many procedures… and she probably never needed even one of those. But that being said, there are some really awe-inspiring doctors out there who transform people and the results are amazing. If someone chooses to have changes done because they want to feel good about themselves or be more confident, well, who are you to say that they shouldn't do that? In fact, he has 621,000 followers, which is definitely nothing to sneeze at. The most important thing about Dr. Miami is that he's a television star, so he's basically a cosmetic celebrity. If you go to his TV show's website, you'll see a sneak peek of some of the juicy drama. It kind of seems like a classic, dramatic reality show that happens to be about getting work done. This guy has 223,000 followers, which is definitely amazing and impressive, but that's not the only reason why he belongs on this list. Another cool thing about Dr. Ashkan Ghavami is that he was Iggy Azalea's surgeon. Yup. She actually mentioned him on Instagram and talked about how much she loved the results of working with him. Yup, you get two doctors in this one Instagram account. Elie is a cosmetic surgeon and Jody is a dermatologist. If you're interested in plastics, beauty and skin issues, then you absolutely want to check out this Instagram account. You can tell from this transformation that this guy is super talented. He helped this woman with the skin above her eyes and did an "upper eyelid lift." This Instagram account also has a lot of other cool transformations from tummy tucks to hair regrowth, so it's definitely pretty inspiring. If you've ever thought that getting work done wasn't for you or wasn't the best idea, it's possible that looking at this feed (along with some of the other ones on this list) might make you change your mind because you can see that the results are pretty normal. BUT he still deserves a place on this list because he is a really popular surgeon offline. His Instagram bio reads, "Board certified Facial Plastic Surgeon since 1993. So while he may not have the greatest or most popular social media presence, he gets really great results for his clients and he is really well-known in the industry. He does a lot of butt lifts and you should be warned: the after photos are graphic. As in extremely graphic. It might be too much for you to take, especially since it takes a while for people to fully recover and stop looking kind of scary. This example from his Instagram account is of a woman who got both a facelift and a neck lift. You are probably pretty shocked, right? If your jaw is on the floor, no one would blame you because everyone who looks at this photo must have the exact same reaction. There's no other way to respond to this photo without being surprised and amazed and just totally in awe. This is a seriously talented surgeon. Based on this photo alone, you are definitely impressed and think that he could take on any client and any procedure and do an awesome job.

This doctor has 42.1,000 followers and he is a cosmetic surgeon in New York City. He's also a fan of the famous fits of famous figures like Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner because he posts a lot of photos of them on his Instagram account. This doctor once posted a photo of a young girl who had gotten rhinoplasty and looked really happy after. He said that it wasn't someone that he had worked on but he said that all that matters is that people feel good after the procedure. He often writes "DrBfixin" on his photos which, you have to admit, is a pretty catchy saying. Like many of the other doctors on this list, he is a big fan of big butts and that seems to be the majority of the work that he does. It's definitely interesting since it seems like celebrities have started that whole big booty trend and that trend is not slowing down anytime soon.

Everyone could use a little bit of magic. You can see that in his photos. He lives in El Paso, Texas, and he not only shares photos of the people that he has worked on but also inspirational messages like telling people to have a great Monday. So what procedures does he do? Butt lifts, ear surgery, implants/augmentation, and hair transplants. He even does surgery procedures on men too.

If this guy looks and sounds familiar, that's because he used to be on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. He's got 310,000 followers and, oh yeah, he works on the television show Botched with none other than Terry DeBruw (aka Heather's husband on The Real Housewives Of Orange County). Remember Paul and Adrienne, the couple who swore they loved each other but kept fighting all the time? That's this guy. One procedure that he does is called "ThermiSmooth" and is "a skin tightening procedure." This particular example is of rhinoplasty plus a chin implant plus a mini-facelift and neck lift, according to the doctor's caption. Looks good, right? You definitely think that she looks beautiful in both photos but you have to admit that the transformation is really cool. This particular photo shows an awesome transformation: on the left, you can see this woman and her regular lips, and on the right, you can see the change and how much fuller her lips were after the procedure. What are some other things that she does? She helps with hair loss, liposuction for the jaw and neck, changing the cheekbones, and even "hand rejuvenation." Yup, you can get plastic surgery done on your hands. The more you know. You seriously have to check out his IG account so you can see for yourself just how many amazing things he has done. This doctor is a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills (are you sensing a theme here?!) who is also a mom. She studied at ULCA and Harvard as well. What's cool is that this doctor performs a whole series of procedures. She does tummy tucks, chest enhancement, and body contouring. She is really cool because not only does she have a beautiful and inspiring Instagram feed, but she also maintains a blog on her company website where she gives a lot of advice. She talks about everything from surgery recovery to when you should head back to the gym after having a procedure to explaining more about popular new surgery trends like "gummy bear implants" (which, no, don't involve actual gummy bear candy). Another awesome thing about Dr. Cat? She writes inspirational messages on her feed like this one where she says, "Never ever feel that any task you have ahead of you today is unimportant. AKA "Dr Pimple Popper" (isn't that the best name ever?). This woman is well-known for, well, dealing with pimples and other skin issues. Yes, her Instagram account is super graphic and a bit hard to look at, but the truth is that you won't even mind that much because you will be so completely inspired by how she clears up people's skin. If you have acne that just won't go away and is driving you crazy, you've probably tried tons of different things from creams to face washes. If you haven't found a way to fix your skin for good, you might want to know that plastic surgery is definitely an option. Well, at least if you can find someone that is as talented as this woman.
