Meeting celebrities can be a very cool experience, and with the age of social media, taking a photo and sharing it with all of your friends is easier than it ever was before. However, the odds of ever meeting a celebrity are quite slim, especially if you don't travel often, for example. This means that more often than not, the person you see and think is a celebrity probably isn't. Unfortunately for the people coming up, their eyes definitely played a trick on them and they mistook regular people for some of their favourite celebrities, with some hilarious results. 15 This Girl Thought She Just Met Bruno Mars

You might know Bruno Mars through some of his hit songs, "That's What I Like", "The Lazy Song", "Just The Way You Are", and "Grenade". You may also know Bruno Mars' signature hats and sunglasses that he often wears, even during performances. Unfortunately for this mistaken fan, Bruno Mars' signature accessories may have gotten her confused about what the singer actually looks like without his usual accoutrements.

It's hard not to wonder about how these interactions play out. The man in this photo looks like a willing participant, but did he know that this girl thought he was Bruno Mars? Was he flattered, or perhaps just didn't want to embarrass her by correcting her mistake? Perhaps we will never know. But at least we've got a funny picture to speculate about.

This case of mistaken identity is borderline offensive. You might know Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister from the HBO television show, Game of Thrones. He has a form of dwarfism called achondroplasia. Standing at just 4”5, one would assume that his small stature would make it quite difficult for a person to mistake someone else for the actor, but apparently, it is still very possible.

Judging by the photograph and the caption, these girls must have thought that they'd just hit the jackpot. Not only were they able to meet and take a photo with a famous celebrity, but he was buying them drinks, too! Unfortunately for them, this was definitely not Peter Dinklage, but you could say that they did hit the jackpot because a kind stranger bought them drinks at a club and was a good sport when they mistook him for someone else.

Any fans of the show Breaking Bad are sure to know who Dean Norris is. They'll likely know him better as by his character - Walter White, a.k.a. Heisenberg's brother-in-law and DEA agent who's also trying to hunt him down, Hank Schrader. Even though the show ended 5 years ago, it was such a hit, that it has definitely carved a special place for itself in pop culture.

It's no wonder this couple got so excited when they thought they'd met THE Hank Schrader. Unfortunately for them, the man they took a photo with was just a really convincing Dean Norris look-alike. This man was so convincing, in fact, that if you look at the comments on the photo, he seems to have fooled a number of the couple's friends as well - or maybe they were all just too nice to correct their friends?

We may never get the full story behind this photo, but it doesn't make it any less funny.

While this person does resemble Jake Gyllenhaal, it definitely isn't him. It was certainly nice of him to indulge this person's request and take a photo with an embrace to match, even though he wasn't who this fan thought he was.

It's no surprise that these alleged fans of Drake wanted a photo when they thought they'd met him. They even went as far as to share the photo on Twitter. Unfortunately, it looks like they might have had their beer goggles on because the man they took a photo with kind of looks like Drake, but also looks like he's a lot older than Drake is.
