20 Pics Of The Most Extreme Celebrity Plastics

We are fascinated by celebrity plastic surgeries - Who has had work done? Who is still denying they have been under the knife? Who has had so many procedures they are now risking their own health? A-listers are under so much pressure to stay at the top of their game, they are turning to the best plastic surgeons to help correct blemishes or reverse the years.

One time, any 'work' that had been done would be kept a secret, now stars are more confident in coming forward about their changing appearances. Dr. Terry Dubrow, host of E!'s Botched, told The Huffington Post, "Celebrities will (admit to) breast implants now, but they wouldn't for a while. Liposuction was verboten to admit to. Now, they will say, 'I had a little something sucked out.'" Or in the words of Chrissy Teigen, "Everything about me is fake except my cheeks."

However, some stars are so obsessed with their quest for perfection that they are almost unrecognizable in older photos of themselves. Is it a case of body dysmorphia or just a face that shows the real price of fame? Here we look at those who have changed so drastically over the years, their own parents would struggle to recognize them.

    20 Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman's constantly changing face has caused a lot of speculation over the years. Although she has never come forward and confessed to plastic surgery, many of her fans are unconvinced. Kidman told Life and Style magazine, "To be honest, I am completely natural. I have nothing in my face or anything. No surgery for me; I did try Botox, unfortunately, but I got out of it and now I can finally move my face again. I wear sunscreen, I don't smoke and I take care of myself, and I am proud to say that."

Plastic surgeon Dr. Lyle Back also believes the actress has had some help along the way, as he told the magazine that she likely has had a mini-face-lift and fillers in the face. It's all speculation for now as it's unlikely she will ever admit to surgery.

    19 Megan Fox

The above photo of Megan Fox was taken around 2005/2006 before her rise to fame following the success of the Transformers franchise. Her natural beauty is now a thing of the past as she appears more sex symbol than girl-next-door.

Fox is not against surgery, as she revealed to Allure magazine, "I would encourage anyone to first speak with a therapist, to try and figure out where this want comes from, because a lot of times it's not related to your teeth or your nose or your chin - the surgery is not going to alleviate that insecurity for you." She added, "If, then, you feel, This is something that I want to do, then do it. It's amazing that we have the technology to do the stuff that we do."

But then I saw the pictures, and from there it was hard to keep my clothes on! I was painfully shy before, but then it clicked in my head that nobody cares what you look like naked except you. People are more concerned about themselves and their own flaws." Following her success, she increased her bust size to 34D, then several years later she went up to 34DD. When the magazine stopped nudity last year, she was the last model to appear nude on the cover.

I wanted my clothes tight, my makeup bright, my nails long, my lips red. I got into it."

The Jolene singer's wigs were just as big as her talent but many questioned if she had work done. In 2010, she finally revealed, "I'm in the public eye, so I don't care who knows what I get done. Blunt told OK! Magazine that she's happy to avoid fame, she revealed, "(Fame is) all about the choices you make - don't go where you know people are going to take your picture, go find a dive bar.
