Anna and Lucy DeCinque are twin sisters living in Perth, Australia. They made headlines a couple of years ago for a couple of unusual reasons. First, they had spent thousands of dollars on modifying themselves to look more identical, even though they were already identical twins. The media henceforth gave them the moniker of 'Worlds Most Identical Twins.' They were also trying to achieve a beauty ideal that has since left them depressed. There's more to these sisters though. They take sharing to a whole other level, one that will even leave other twins scratching their heads. Anna and Lucy share the same boyfriend, a mechanical engineer named Ben. They have been dating Ben for 5 years and at first he was living with the sisters and their mom. Not only do they share the same man, but they work together, live together, share a phone, and a car. It seems that for all intents and purposes they are one person who is being forced to live in two bodies. Their lives seem to revolve around staying as close and similar as possible, and taking away any individuality in order to foster their life together as one. We mentioned that they have spent thousands of dollars on plastic surgery in order to look even more identical. They had lip fillers, their breasts enhanced, and had their eyebrows and eyeliner tattooed on. They have since then said they have been diagnosed with body dysmorphia and have been working on getting back to a more natural look. Their body dysmorhpia ties into their depression which they are also tackling and seeing a therapist along with taking anti-depressants to deal with. After spending thousands of dollars to alter their bodies it's a shame that they will have to spend a bunch of money undoing it all. Let this be a lesson to people who want to jump on the plastic surgery train! Go slowly. The girls still take their looks seriously, they are just going another way about it.

14 Marrying the same man

They have been with their boyfriend Ben for 5 years now and the sisters announced their plans on their YouTube channel to get married. They are still trying to figure out the technicalities, but this relationship has obviously worked for them for 5 years so they plan to make it permanent. The sisters slept in the same bed before Ben entered their lives, and then when he started dating the three of them continued to share the same bed. When Ben started the dating the girls they were living with their mother, and when things got more serious between the three of them Ben moved into their mums house. The sister's were not about to start sleeping apart and since Ben is both their boyfriend the only logical thing was for him to make their twosome a threesome in their bed. 10 They met their boyfriend on Facebook

They met their boyfriend now fiancé Ben over Facebook. They had mutual friends apparently who suggested that the three would get on quite well. Ben himself is a twin. The three of them met up and both sisters kissed him that first night. He has opened up about what it is like dating two ladies at once and said he has to be careful to make sure that everything he does for one, he does for the other. Lucy said 'Ben treats us completely equally. If he kisses Anna, he kisses me right after, and holds both our hands when we're out.' Sounds exhausting. It took awhile for Ben to be okay with going public with their unorthodox relationship, but after ten months he finally felt comfortable and solid enough in it to go public.

9 No incest

They may share a man and they may sleep in the same bed, but they are never physically intimate with each other, which seems to be the first question people have when they hear they share a boyfriend. Who can blame curious people? The three of do share the same bed after all! When asked about how Ben keeps up with two women the sisters said 'Put it this way, we're very active girls and he needs twice the energy.' The sisters have been very adamant that there is no incest happening between them, while they are probably one of the closest pair of siblings on the planet even they have boundaries they wont cross. As for Ben, he admits that while it can be a lot of work that 'on the bright side, I get double the love.'

8 They do want to have babies with Ben

They are not ashamed of their life choices as they say they aren't hurting anyone. They also have made it clear they will both have babies with Ben if everything goes according to plan. This will be one of the unusual family structures but in the post modern world what is a nuclear family anymore anyways. As long as the kids are happy and healthy, well looked after and well loved we wish this threesome the best of luck in their future endeavors as parents. 7 They have never been apart for longer than an hour

They are extremely dedicated to not just living together and combining their lives, but being physically near each other all the time as well. Whether it's healthy or not is not what we are here to talk about, but the codependency between the two is real. They have admitted that they do not feel whole or normal when they are apart and how could after spending basically every single second of their lives together. While it may be unusual for us on the outside looking in, there is something nice about never having been alone in your life because you have had your twin along every step of the way. They have no plans on changing that, they have said they will never even spend one hour apart forget an entire day.

6 Yes, they go to the bathroom together

Even though showering and going to the washroom usually takes less than an hour, these girls feel even bathroom time is best spent together. If one sister needs to shower, the other one will get in the shower as well. If one needs to use the toilet, well you guessed it she will not be using it alone. The sisters have said 'If she goes to the toilet, then I need to go to the toilet because we eat and drink the same thing. If she has a shower, I'm going in the shower because that's just us - we're with each other 24 /7. No we will never live separately.' It makes sense that the person you spend every waking second with that does and eats the exact same things as you would be on the exact same bathroom schedule.

5 Pregnant together

We told you they wanted to have babies with their fiancé, but it goes one step further. Like everything else in their lives, they do not plan on going into pregnancy on their own. Imagine how they would take it if one sister started to go through the dramatic physical changes that pregnancy brings about and the other does not? Seems like a recipe for a meltdown from either one. They are hoping that they will be pregnant at the same time. 'If one day she got pregnant I'd need to get pregnant because we'd want to do it at the same time.' If Ben thinks he has his hands full now with two fiancés just wait till he is dealing with two pregnant women at the same time.

4 Food needs to look identical

We told you that they eat the exact same food and do the exact same workouts, this ensures that their bodies look the same. They have to take in the exact same amount of calories and then burn the same amount. It's not enough for their meals to be made up of the same things though, the plates have to look identical. The twins said this can make eating somewhat tedious and time consuming because they have to always adjust their plates of food to make sure they look exactly alike. They said when Ben makes them nachos 'When our boyfriend cooks us nachos, the nacho chips have to be the same size too. If he gives Lucy 10 chips he will give me 10 chips and they need to be the same size. "So before we eat it's a bit of a task because our plates needs to be identical." Who has the patience to do that when there is a plate of nachos in front of them!

3 Date night at the casino

Like any couple they enjoy going out (all three holding hands of course) and hitting the town. If you are wondering what an average date night looks like for the happy threesome, their favorite thing to do is go to the casino together. The twins especially love it when Ben wins which means more gifts for them. The exact same gifts, of course. They especially love it when he buys them jewelry. Ben of course has to maintain the exact same amount of attention for both of them. He might be getting double the love but it also means if he wins he better win double in order to treat them both.

2 They still want bigger boobs

Even though they are on this path to self love and getting back to a more natural look, the ladies recently put out a video on their YouTube channel stating they do in fact want to go up in breast size. Their breasts are certainly not small now by any means and they do say that Ben is happy with them the way they already are. It's clear they are doing this for themselves and the image of themselves they want to put out in the world. This breast enlargement surgery is totally in line with the more natural look they want to get back too. The twins claim they have found a way they are able to both legally marry their boyfriend in Arizona, which is quite the trip to make for them all the way from Australia, but anything for love right? They said they would love to be the first women in Australia to marry the same man, but we're not sure Australia is ready for that so Arizona is another option. They also asked their fans to leave comments on their YouTube channel with any tips they may have for how to have legal polygamous marriage.
