    There is a reason why all women worship yoga pants and that's because our bodies look slamming in them - it's like instant, real-life photoshop! There's just something about throwing on a pair and skipping out the house that just allows us to feel an instant boost.

    The benefits of yoga pants are you can eat as much as you want thanks to the elastic waist, your booty gets an instant pick-me-up (we're pretty much sure they are designed this way to make us look great!) and you can curl up on the sofa whilst binge-watching your favorite shows in them.

    They also make the perfect travel outfit - whether it's a road trip or a long haul flight, there's just something about the snug way they fit their legs that keeps life sweet. Oh wait - yeah sometimes they are great for working out in too.

    This isn't just an outfit choice, this is a true obsession and there's no way it's slowing down anytime soon. Now we just have to find a way to change fashion so wearing yoga pants to the office is completely acceptable and our lives will be made.

    25 Demi Lovato

    This year after breaking up with her boyfriend of six years actor Wilmer Valderrama, Demi Lovato did what any self-respecting girl would do and worked out on her booty. Instead of walking around the house sobbing or watching romantic movies, she hit the gym hard - posting almost daily on her Snapchat and Instagram pictures of her workouts.

    One post showed her doing 75llb squats on a power plate and another she was pummeling a punch bag hard (No mention of who she was thinking of at the time!) The Cool For The Summer singer also joked on Twitter, “Wait… so you mean to tell me eating healthy and working out works? Who woulda thunk? I'm a boss at work and I'm a b***h in the gym.” Clearly all this exercise has given her a confident boost too.

    24 Selena Gomez 

    Selena Gomez has a body that probably makes Justin Bieber weep into his pillow at night. Her personal trainer Amy Rosoff Davis told Teen Vogue that the Hands To Myself singer keeps in shape through always spicing it up with a mix of pilates, hiking, dancing and spinning.

    Amy explained that by always switching it up allows the muscles in the body to keep guessing what's next and working hard. She revealed, “If you keep your old routine, you will most likely get bored and wind up skipping the gym.”

    Despite her stunning figure Selena has previously been the victim of internet trolls who have body-shamed her and labeled her “fat.” Selena simply responded by posting a picture of her wearing a bikini with the caption: “There more to love!”

    23 Amanda Seyfried

    Mean Girls star Amanda Seyfried is a true cardio fiend and often the paparazzi catch her running around the streets of L.A burning those carbs. As well as toning the lower part of the body, running long distances also helps change your state of mind by releasing powerful endorphins.

    Amanda has spoke before about her struggles with anxiety, she sought counseling after appearing on David Letterman's show drunk on “shots of whiskey” that were supposed to help her battle pre-show nerves.     Although cardio isn't the ultimate cure, it will certainly help.

    She told Simply Shredded online, “I just love to sweat like a maniac. So I like Stair master, rollerblading around South Beach Miami or Spinning classes. I keep the intensity high and make sure that I am always pushing my hardest.”

    Life has not always been so pretty for her though. She revealed to Iron Man magazine,“(At 14-years-old) I lived in just an apartment without any furniture and hundreds of cockroaches. Piela said, “The combination of those three moves is golden.”

    Despite her stunning beauty, Gigi admitted to W Magazine that she still has insecurities on the runway and this reminds her to work harder. She revealed the best advice she ever received was from her mother, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and former supermodel star Youlanda Foster, who told her, “When you start working, you better be the most hardworking, nicest person in the room because if you're not, then there's always going to be someone prettier, nicer, and more hardworking.”

    Another secret slimming trick she revealed is just “getting weird.” She confessed that she locks herself in a room, blasts the music and dances “weird” to let loose.     Dancing With The Stars judge Julianna Hough told Elle magazine that she loves pizza and pasta - which is hard to believe considering she has a washboard stomach.     For her, working out is more of a mental state of mind as she explained, “It's not necessarily about my physical shape that I'm on, it's more of an internal shape.     9 Kate Upton

    Kate Upton's trainer Ben Bruno explained that her killer workout is "Not for the faint hearted." He told People magazine that she hip thrusts with a 200lb weight (where she lays on her back with the weight rested on her lower abdominal then crunches) and works out four/five days a week.

    Upton has three blockbuster movies due for release next year including The Masterpiece directed by James Franco about the making of the movie The Room - which is considered one of the worst films of all time.

    She keeps up her dedicated exercise regime even when she's away from the gym. Bruno revealed, "We have travel workouts that she can do with minimal equipment at a hotel gym, and body-weight workouts. When she travels, she'll bring her Valslides and mini bands with her, and I have workouts to go with it."

    8 Ronda Rousey 

    UFC superstar Ronda Rousey has to keep disciplined and stick to a grueling training schedule and diet. Even when those around her are tucking into dessert, she has to restrain herself as she told ESPN, "Last night I got the fried calamari and I took all the bread off before dipping it. Everyone else had dessert and I ate all the raspberries off the desserts. And I wouldn't even do that during camp."

    Her hard work has paid off, as she is UFC's highest paid fighter, male or female. In 2014, her speech where she said, "I think it's hilarious if people say my body looks masculine. I'm just like 'Listen, just because my body was developed for a purpose other than f****** millionaires. There's not a single muscle on my body that isn't for a purpose. Because I'm not a do-nothing b****." Her speech was played during one of Beyonce's Mrs Carter World Tour concerts.

    South African born Victoria's Secret model Candice Swanepoel was in 10th place on Forbes' highest-earning models list in 2012 and earns around $5 million a year. She now has a reported net worth of $10 million, which is not bad to say she started her career after a modeling scout spotted her in a flea market when she was aged 15-years-old.

    Contrary to popular belief, the model actually keeps in great shape through eating more than usual. She told Fox & Friends, "About a month before I start working out I eat a lot more than I usually do." She also revealed her workout routine as she said, "I do boxing. I do Pilates on the machine. I do a lot of lunges. I ran on the beach this year, which really tightens everything up."

    Despite being a veteran on the Victoria's Secret runway she still gets nervous because of the size of the crowd. "It's nerve-racking,” she added "and the audience this year was three times the size of what we're used to. In my mind I'm like, okay, that many people are going to be seeing me almost naked."

    The mother-of-two also revealed (although quite unsurprisingly) that she keeps away from any fast food or junk food. She added, “I like to eat clean” and she always limits herself to 90-calorie meals ten times a day.
